For recurring services, we assign a dedicated franchise owner/operator, ensuring you see the same face and consistent results. If your usual cleaner is unavailable (e.g., illness or leave), we’ll send a fully briefed backup team member. Your preferred cleaner is associated with your customer profile, so our team won’t change them without a valid reason.

Every cleaner follows a structured learning pathway:

• Induction: Two days at Head Office covering safety, systems, products, and quality standards.
• On-site training: A compulsory 21-day programme shadowing a supervisor/trainer to learn site-specific tasks (domestic & commercial).
• LMS coursework: 50+ micro-courses on our internal Learning Management System with an 80%+ pass mark required for each.
• Ongoing L&D: Quarterly refreshers, hands-on workshops, and targeted upskilling.

We’re committed to continuous improvement and third-party verification of our standards. Premium Clean holds ISO certification, Prequal (Health & Safety) certification, and trains to IICRC and NZQA standards. Our certifications align to both domestic and commercial work.
